and Seated is a live album released by British musician Rod Stewart on 24 May 1993. It is Stewart's second live album and his first (and only) appearance on MTV Unplugged. The album was released by Warner Bros. Records (WEA 9362-45289-1/2).

Unplugge. nd Seated is Rod Stewart’s second live album and was released on 24 May 1993. The album was recorded on 5 February 1993 at Universal Studios, LA as part of the popular MTV Unplugged series. The album reunited Rod and Ronnie for the first time in nearly 20 years. They performed several Stewart/Wood compositions including ‘Every Picture Tells a Story’, ‘Stay With Me’, ‘Gasoline Alley’, ALL MUSIC.

Ronnie Wood joins Rod on some songs, and that makes it a bit special.
