Deep" is the first album by the Italian post-metal band Dotzauer. It's a concept about drowning, that brings the listener into submerged and inner soundscapes. Recorded at Red Sound Studio Mixed at Raptor Studios Mastered by James Plotkin. Album uses contrast to great effect: Acoustic melodies with aggressive riffing, clean singing with growled vocals, delicate moments that soar against others that snarl. There's even an abrupt full-stop that catches you completely off-guard but doesn't leave you hanging. Giving it lots of repeats, recommended.
