Texas Flood is the first studio album by the American blues rock band Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble, released on June 13, 1983 by Epic Records. The album was named after a cover featured on the album "Texas Flood", recorded by blues singer Larry Davis in 1958. Produced by the band and recording engineer Richard Mullen, it was recorded in only three days at Jackson Browne's personal recording studio in Los Angeles. Vaughan wrote six of the ten tracks on Texas Flood.

Skateboard hardware is used to connect the skateboard trucks to the skateboard deck. Skateboard hardware refers to the bolts and locknuts used when building a board. The bolts can have an Allen or Phillips head. Skateboard hardware comes in many different lengths, and often includes one different colored bolt so that the rider can mark the nose of their board. Each skateboard hardware set includes 8 bolts and 8 locknuts needed to assemble one skateboard.

Talk about Howard, Fine And Howlweird - Stevie Skateboard

First of all, there is no mention here of Bill Katsikas, ("KATS") or Mark (Skippy) Johnson who play bass and drums. I'm an old friend of Tom and his brother Jimmy. I must admit it troubles me that Jimmy passed away. As for this record; Stevie Skateboard is a great rendition of the 1979 era of punk rock that brought us such hits as "God Save The Queen" and "Give 'Em Enough Rope."I never did think of Tom as a great singer but in this record he was brilliant. I haven't seen or heard from Tom in 30 years, but my love for him as a great friend will never subside. Stevie Skateboard is something special. I'm not even sure I could cop a copy these days but I was there when it was released. Great stuff.God Bless Tom and Larry. I guess I should say R.I.P. Jimmy, but that just sucks.Merry Christmas 2011.K.D.http://soundcloud.com/ken-david/sets/matrix-1/

FACT for your notes: This was NOT recorded as a skateboard magazine giveaway - allegedly or not. No, this was recorded by a couple of crazy drunk guys with NOTHING but a couple of beers & big buzz. The guy who (tries to - Howlweird) 'sings' is tone deaf. He (Tom Hughes is his real name) is mostly talented as far as writing the songs - not singing them. As far as "Howlweird" is concerned (he said) "if you thought it sucked - why didn't YOU get up there & do it??" Now - Howlweird is 58 years old & still weird. The lead guitarist, Jimmy Hughes (Howard, is Howlweird's brother) died in 1999. Larry "Fine" Bilodeau is still alive & couldn't kick his way out of a wet paper bag. There really is a Stevie Skateboard. His name is Steven Wesinger. They are all from Marlborough, Massachusetts. I was on the reverse side. I only have a very small part. It's kinda corny - so corny - you can eat it for lunch.
