The title track Mahla gets the juices flowing with a hypnotic deep house groover. Serenades head honcho Roberto Rodriguez takes the remix reins and works Mahla into a more percussive and refined interpretation. Its an honour having him on the Common Labour imprint. On the flip side, Gambler sleazes off into B-grade Italo disco spaghetti western territory
