Roughneck is a term for a person whose occupation is hard manual labor. The term applies across a number of industries, but is most commonly associated with the workers on a drilling rig. The ideal of the hard-working, tough roughneck has been adopted by several sports teams who use the phrase as part of their name or logo. Originally the term was used in the traveling carnivals of 19th-century United States, almost interchangeably with roustabout

Choosing Ackee as a mobile application development partner was easy. They get out of the crowd. When I mentioned that I was doing an app with Ackee, my colleague said: "Ackee is awesome!" And finally, the Ackee guys showed they are really gods. Better we could not choose. Imaginativeness and playfulness are their own. If I chose again, I will choose Ackee. Ackee & Saltfish dir. Cecile Emeke (2014). Olivia and Rachel go to pick up takeaway food after Rachel forgets to soak the saltfish. Ackee: We both have our disabilities, but despite them we don’t let them slow us down. She helped me realize this after I lost my arm. Ackee is both a tree and the fruit of that tree. The tree is evergreen in the tropics, growing 30 to 40 feet tall (9 to 12 metres. It is grown throughout the Caribbean as an ornamental tree; only in Jamaica is it grown commercially as a food item. The fruit is red on the outside, turning bright. In cooking, Ackee is treated like a vegetable, as opposed to a fruit. It is often cooked with salted cod fish and onions, in the dish called Ackee and Saltfish, as in the Harry Belafonte song. Cooked this way, some say that it tastes to them like eggs; it is the contact with the fish that brings out this taste. It is sold fresh in markets in Jamaica, and canned in brine elsewhere. The sale of Ackee under any form, canned or fresh, was banned in America in 1970 (though individuals still smuggled in their own for personal us.
