Vrouwenpolder has a better beach though. Veere has nice shops but is very expensive. You can go to het Veerse meer if you want to swim but it’s really crowded in the summer. You can go to Neeltje Jans if you want to see Seals and fish but it’s mostly for kids. Burgh-Haamstede is really nice too and has a nice beach. Zeeland has a lot of beaches, but they get quite crowded in the summer. If you want to see women and shit you should go to Vlissingen because that tends to be the most crowded. If you just want to enjoy the sea try Dishoek.

We often overlook the meaning of the word slave. We most often connect it with Africans enslaved by Europeans and brought to foreign lands to work against their will. This means that a slave is someone commanded to do something in subservience to a dominant power.
