1967–1970 (widely known as "The Blue Album") is a compilation of songs by the English rock band the Beatles, spanning the years indicated in the title. It was released with 1962–1966 ("The Red Album"), in 1973. 1967–1970 made No. 1 on the American Billboard chart and No. 2 on the British Album Chart. This album was re-released in September 1993 on CD, charting at No. 4 in the United Kingdom.
The Beatles 1962-1970 is a music boxset/compilation recording by THE BEATLES (ve Rock) released in 2010 on cd, lp, vinyl and/or cassette. So for me this is an indispensable album introducing the best Beatles songs of the time. If you have both albums already, this comp will only retain interest for the Beatles collector. The booklet is great too and worth a read.
1967–1970 (widely known as The Blue Album) is a compilation of many of The Beatles' most popular tracks from 1967 to 1970. It was released with 1962-1966 (The Red Album), which covered their earlier period. 1967-1970 made on the . Billboard chart and on the .
Unlike the 1962-1966 collection, the Blue Album was largely the same in the US and UK, although there were some variations. The albums had several other variants and anomalies. Get Back was described as the album version in the US liner notes, although it was in fact the single version. Remastered versions of The Beatles 1962-1966 and 1967-1970 were both released worldwide on 18 October 2010 (the following day in North America). The remastering was done by the same team led by Allan Rouse which had remastered The Beatles' entire back catalogue for 2009.

On 7 March 1962 the Beatles entered a BBC studio for their first session. It was the beginning of a long relationship between the group and BBC radio and was of tremendous importance for their success. These sessions are among the most important documents of the Beatles' music for two main reasons.
Live at the BBC (Beatles album). Live at the BBC is a 1994 compilation album featuring performances by the Beatles that were originally broadcast on various BBC Light Programme radio shows from 1963 to 1965.
This Beatles: The BBC Archives: 1969-1970 is a really nice book. It has some great interviews, fabulous pictures and nice stories as well as a list of songs that were played by The Beatles on each of the shows. If you are looking for something on The Beatles and the BBC radio shows, this is the book to get. It will go great with The Beatles At The BBC (Volumes 1&2) CD's that have been released by Apple Records. There is a complete Beatles At The BBC package, but it is not an official Apple release. It is hard to find and fairly expensive. Just in time with the new Beatles album, Mr. Howlett does a painstaking work showing each session he could find on the boys at the BBC. Good info, if a bit scarce on some dates due to the fact that some tapes were lost, taped over, or simply stolen. A good addition to my ever growing collection of Beatles stuff.
