The Wanderer is the eighth studio album by American singer-songwriter Donna Summer. It was released on October 20, 1980. The inaugural release of the Geffen Records label, it became a Top 20 album in the United States, with the title track reaching on the Billboard Hot 100. This album had been out of print but was re-released on December 9, 2014, on the Driven by the Music label (remastered/bonus tracks).

Finally, in December 2007 he released 1st part of his Panther Tracks album on 12" under the name 'DJ Donna Summer', using it actively again ever since. Disco diva reference is not purely humorous. Jason Forrest/DonnaSummer heavily sampled such musicians as Laurie Anderson, The Who, Supertramp, Steely Dan, Joe Jackson, Elton John, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Pat Benatar, etc – musically he appears to be genuinely interested in re-contextualizing pop culture from the past for modern banging dancefloors.
