A serious shot across the bow for all those who already saw PROJECT PITCHFORK heading for an early retirement. In 2010, Peter Spilles takes the gloves off and gets down to business: Little more than a year after the impressive comeback success, the Dark Electro pioneer prepares for the mightiest strike so far. Seemingly out of nothing, PROJECT PITCHFORK fire Continuum Ride out of their orbit, an album even a genius like Spilles was unlikely to make

The next Project Pitchfork album, Daimonion would not appear until 2001, with the song "Timekiller" becoming one of their biggest club hits to date. Talk about Project Pitchfork - Continuum Ride

ALAN
This is Project Pitchfork anno 1995 all over again, and more of the same following from the rather disappointing "Dream, Tiresias!"... with one significant difference. On this release they have managed to produce a couple of solid, stand-out hits to compensate for the bland fillers."Star child" is a tantalizing melodic gem, although perhaps a bit too airy for the club floors, while both "Dead cities" and "43rd floor" should please the crowds with their rather straight forward beats and catchy strings - not overly complex but at least they've at least nailed down two instantly recognizable choruses.
