Their second such album, Are You Involved?, was issued in September 2005, which debuted at No. 20. It was followed by a double A-sided single, "Fast Girl, Beware Wolf", both tracks polled on the national radio station Triple J's Hottest 100 in 2005

The blending of all the instruments to create a truly unique sound is something that really stands out in this album. Gyroscope is a band that doesn't seem to favour any one instrument over the other unlike bands like Mettallica for instance which, in my opinion, is very guitar focused. Rather they let each instrument ring out as clear as any other. This leads to absolutely stunning sounds espically evident in songs as "Dream Vs Scream" or "Raindrops".
