December's Children (And Everybody's) is the fifth American studio album by the Rolling Stones, released in December 1965. Although it largely draws on songs issued earlier in the year in the United Kingdom, the album includes three previously unreleased tunes. It is the last of the group's early albums to feature numerous cover songs; writers Mick Jagger and Keith Richards wrote only half of the songs themselves

Some of the very early pressing of covers have a sticker on shrinking wrap in red text that claims: "Including THE ROLLING STONES' smash hit GET OFF OF MY CLOUD" (see pics). Covers with sticker that claims: "Including THE ROLLING STONES 'smash hits GET OFF OF MY CLOUD and AS TEARS GO BY," in black text are later pressings. Matrix, Runout (A side label): ARL 7031.

December's Children (And Everybody's) is The Rolling Stones' fifth album to be released in the US. It was released on December 4, 1965, on London Records. EP. Haphazard assembly aside, much of it's great, including the huge hit "Get Off of My Cloud" and the controversial, string-laden acoustic ballad "As Tears Go By" (a Top Ten item in America).

Route 66 from their 1st UK album is pretty. Charlie’s memorable drum intro launches the song right off. Keith and Bill drive it along along with heavy bass and rhythm guitar. Brian highlights it with a catchy riff on lead guitar. Mick brings it home with cynical lyrics.
