I'm feeling so tired, can't understand it Just had a fortnight's sleep I'm feeling so stuffed, I'm so distracted Ain't touched a thing all week I'm feeling drunk, juiced up and sloppy Ain't touched a drink all night I'm feeling hungry, can't see the reason Just had a horse meat pie. Yeah when you call my name I salivate like a Pavlov dog Yeah when you lay me out My heart is beating louder than a big bass drum, alright

It’s the first Stones album to have zero Jagger-Richards originals; even their debut had a couple of attempts at songwriting. Recording Blue & Lonesome was easy – it took all of three days. It made itself, says Richards. And also, the band ain’t too shabby. Even after their early flurry of covers subsided, the Stones never stopped playing old blues tunes, both onstage and, especially, in rehearsals. The 200 hours of Exile on Main Street sessions, for instance, were punctuated by repeated attempts at covers, meant to clear the air between the midwifing of new songs. That night, he went to his MP3 collection, returning the next day with more song ideas. I like a drink now and again, he says. And I do like a nice piece of hash.

I'm feeling so tired, can't understand it Just had a fortnights sleep I'm feeling so tired, Ow!, so distracted Ain't touched a thing all week. I'm feeling drunk, juiced up and sloppy Ain't touched a drink all night Feeling hungry, can't see the reason Just had a horse meat pie. Yeah when you call my name I salivate like a Pavlov dog Yeah when you lay me out My heart starts beating like a big bass drum, alright. Yeah you got to mix it child Ya got to fix it must be love 更多更詳盡歌詞 在 ※ Mojim

It's cold black as night I've got a hard heart Since we've been apart Can you break the spell? Break it all down tonight. Just as you have touched my heart I wake up babe and we're apart It seems we're slipping away Slipping away Slipping away. All I want is ecstasy But I ain't getting much Just getting off on misery It seems I've lost my touch. Well it's just another song But it's slipping away We we didn't sing it long 'Cos it's fading away First the sun and then the moon One of them will be round soon Slipping away Slipping away Slipping away.
