As a whole, Mechanical Spin Phenomena is a much better constructed and flowing album then Mnemic’s 2004 sophomore album The Audio Injected Soul, even though it doesn’t contain as many standout tracks that.

Only 3 left in stock (more on the way). The incredible debut album from 2003 by the phenomenal Danish u metal act, produced by the band together with Tue Madsen (The Haunted, Konkhra, Grope)! Dubbing their own music fusion future metal, Mnemic do their best to deliver an aural attack no listener is likely to ever forget! The Danish band Mnemic was founded in 1998 by Mark Bai (vocals) - replaced in 2001 by Michael Bøgballe - Mircea Gabriel Eftemie (guitar), Rune Stigart (guitar), Mikkel Larsen (bass), and Brian Rasmussen (drums)

Talk about Mnemic - Mechanical Spin Phenomena

Unbelievable debut cd. Ya, there are only 10 tracks on it, and one is a remix of a track already on this cd, and another is just noise or an instrumental, but, you get 8 quality tracks here, which most are longer than 5 minutes. Mnemic comes out with the cd in 2003, and at that time I had never heard anything like this, still havent really. Heavy heavy heavy, great use of electronics, synthesizers, and they are not afraid to switch the whole direction of a song 5 times over. Just when you think you know what is going to happen next in the track, bam, they turn it around into a whole new track almost. Very metal, hardcore, industrial sounding stuff. I believe they are German, which would explain the greatness that is this cd. Every track has like 15 things going on all at once, you have to listen to the cd about 10 times to finally hear all the background stuff going on. This CD IS their BEST so far out of the 3 they have released to date. Own it!
