Augury is a technical death metal band from Montreal, Quebec, Canada who released their debut album, Concealed in September 2004 on Galy Records, and a follow-up, Fragmentary Evidence, in July 2009 on Nuclear Blast Records.

Ian Lovdahl This is my first Augury album, and it pains me to say that, because I've clearly been sleeping on these tech death magicians for a while. I keep coming back to Illusive Golden Age for the progressive songwriting, sweet bass, and THE BEST brutal death vocals of the year. 11/50 on my 2018 year end list.

The CD was produced by Hugues Deslauriers (CLEARWATER DEATHBLOW), Yannick St-Amand (DESPISED ICON) and AUGURY, and was mixed by KATAKLYSM guitarist Jean-Francois Dagenais (MISERY INDEX, DESPISED ICON, MALEVOLENT CREATION). It was mastered by James Murphy (DEATH, OBITUARY, ISINCARNATE). The artwork and layout was handled by Sven de Caluwé (ABORTED).
