Double Fine Zone is a excellent album yet quiet underrated! A rewarding and fresh listen bringing live saxophone jazz along with futuristic techno-logy driven music. May take a few listens to really appreciate and absorb the beauty that this album holds with its enchanting fusion of electronic chno/house music, and also its use of real jazz play. Though a more sax jazzed influenced album then previous excellent STC ambient-techno(+) albums and releases.

Echoing the focus on a live, jazzy feel of contemporary works by As One, Ian O'Brien, and Carl Craig, Spacetime Continuum's Double Fine Zone includes sax player Brian Iddenden on several tracks plus Spacetime himself, Jonah Sharp, contributing just about everything else (that is, drums, synth, sampler, and Rhodes piano).

Mozel
A truly talented artist releasing both great solo and collaboration albums: Alien Dreamtime (with Terrance McKenna), Sea Biscuit, Emit Ecaps , Alien Community I & II (Pete Namlook) Quiet Logic (Mixmaster Morris), Electro Harmonix (Tetsu Inoue), Instant Replay(Tetsu Inoue), Reagenz I-3 (Move D), Visitation (Bill Laswill)...A artist that can truly dabble with abstract, electro, ambient, techno, tech-house, deep house, jazz and more, yet always delights with originality and excellence whatever the genre.Double Fine Zone is a excellent album yet quiet underrated! A rewarding and fresh listen bringing live saxophone jazz along with futuristic techno-logy driven music. May take a few listens to really appreciate and absorb the beauty that this album holds with its enchanting fusion of electronic downtempo-ambient-techno/house music, and also its use of real jazz play . Though a more sax jazzed influenced album then previous excellent STC ambient-techno(+) albums and releases. It still retains all the hi-tech wizardry using all the classic signature sounds that makes Spacetime Continuum music/ambient such a joy to listen too over and over again using tranquil bubbling ambient, tingling Detroit techno, mellow soft bass, breezy lush rhythms and plenty of comforting sounds with soft elegant touches all with J.Sharp's magical ability making it all work. A wonderful feeling of breezy summery days come to the mind when listening, added with mellowing dance and uplifting moods, bringing with it a charm that swirls away in the music making this album perfect to put on, play, and then simply loose yourself in with good feelings. A truly wonderful and rewarding album from beginning to end that just gets more enjoyable with each listen yet always remains fresh sounding!
