Merciless is a Swedish extreme metal band. The band was formed during the summer of 1986 in Strängnäs, Sweden by Erik Wallin (guitar), Fredrik Karlén (bass guitar) and Stefan Carlsson (drums). They were inspired by the early fast-playing bands such as Kreator, Sodom, Destruction and Bathory. First they did some local gigs as "Obsessed" and "Black Mass" but changed their name to Merciless in early 1987

sessA Love smoking a joint and laying on the floor while listening to this album. Makes for a good night at home when your feeling inspired. I was covered in mace. Lover, they cut up your face. Throwing up, I hit the ground ashamed as the kids drove away.
Not in the world of Jamaican Queens. For the Detroit quartet of trap-popsters, love is a vicious, aching, impossible form of delusion and self-destruction. The group’s sophomore album, Downers, is nearly a concept album rending asunder sunshiney perspectives on that nebulous, paradoxical emotion. Just take a cursory glance at the tracklist - four the album’s 10 songs have the four-letter word in their jeering titles, three of which compose the opening triad.
The Queen is represented on the island by a Governor-General appointed on the advice of the Jamaican Prime Minister. The Governor-General is assisted by a Privy Council, consisting of six members appointed by the Governor-General in consultation with the Prime Minister. The Governor-General's role is largely ceremonial. In February 1983 The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh made another visit, during which The Queen opened the Jamaican Parliament in the 21st anniversary year of independence. The Queen and the Duke visited Jamaica again in April 1975, coinciding with the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Kingston.
