Cantamos is the seventh studio album by the country rock band Poco. It was released in 1974 on Epic Records. This album was reissued on the Super Audio CD format in July 2018 by UK label Dutton Vocalion, Remastered in both Stereo and Surround Sound from the original analogue tapes by Michael J. Dutton and released as a 2-fer with Poco's "Seven" album.

Poco is the second album by American country rock band Poco. This is the band's first album to feature Timothy B. Schmit who replaced Randy Meisner. The Messina-penned "You Better Think Twice" became a signature song for the band. A copy of this album hangs in the Poco exhibit in the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville along with the jacket Rusty Young wears on the back cover. Jim Messina - guitar, vocals. Richie Furay - guitar, vocals. Rusty Young - steel guitar, guitar, vocals.

This album marks the emergence of Rusty Young as a composer of merit. Side one rocks out hard and fresh while the second side deals with lost love and broken-hearted romance. Much of the magic of their earlier albums has been recaptured.

On Cantamos, Poco shows that they did indeed have life after the departure of founder Richie Furay. Cantamos is significant in the history of Poco in that it signals the arrival of Rusty Young as a songwriter as he does an excellent job of filling the songwriting gap left by Furay. Cantamos provides a vehicle for Poco to show the full range of their talents. Cotton does what he does best, delivering rockers like "Western Waterloo" and "One Horse Blue. Schmit's "What Ever Happened to Your Smile" falls right in line with the relatively laid back acoustic tunes that he specializes in. But it is the great Rusty Young who provides the highlights on Cantamos.

Poco Live is the tenth album, and second live album, by the American country rock band Poco. The material for this album had been recorded for Epic Records shortly after the Cantamos album, but it was not released until over a year later, after Poco's switch to ABC Records and success with the Head over Heels album
