Can't Hold Back is the seventh studio album by American country rock band Pure Prairie League, released by RCA Records in 1979 (see 1979 in music). The first album to feature future Country Music star Vince Gill, he went with a friend who was auditioning for the band to replace one of the Goslin brothers. Gill jammed with the band and they offered him the job of vocalist and guitar immediately.

RCA re-signed Pure Prairie League and their third album, Two Lane Highway, was released in June 1975. It featured guest appearances by Chet Atkins, fiddler Johnny Gimble, Don Felder from The Eagles and Emmylou Harris, who dueted with the band on the song "Just Can't Believe It", which received much airplay on country stations.
