Childsplay ‎– Heaven & Earth. Label: Childsplay Music ‎– CP2005. Format: CD, HDCD, Album.

Heaven and Earth is the second album by New England instrumental combo Childsplay, a collective of over two dozen fiddle players that's kind of like a musical version of Michael Flatley's massive Irish step-dancing performances. The group is nowhere near as embarrassingly naff as that sounds, luckily, but the comparison holds because the overall sound of Childsplay is so boldly, unapologetically massive

Heaven and Earth by Childsplay. com, this product will be manufactured on demand using CD-R recordable media. com's standard return policy will apply. Heaven and Earth" is a good album with some great moments. The opening notes of the first cut, (glad I just have to listen to it and not try to pronounce the name!) just about blew me off my seat.

The inspiration for Heaven and Earth, recorded in 2005, came from the passing of several dear family members and friends of Childsplay. In their honor we decided to build an album around the idea of musical memory. Band members Mark Simos, Keith Murphy, and Hanneke Cassel all contribute music that they composed to the album, along with a recent composition from Phil Cunningham and John McCusker in memory of Tony Cuffe. Ranging from traditional to contemporary tunes and from old songs to recent compositions, the full voice of Childsplay (including six members from Sweden) is on display in this.

Heaven & Earth is the twenty-first studio album from the English progressive rock band Yes, released on 16 July 2014 on Frontiers Records. It is their first album with singer Jon Davison in the band's line-up, and the final studio album to feature original bassist and founder Chris Squire before his death in 2015. It was produced by Roy Thomas Baker, who first worked with the band on recording sessions in 1979, and mixed by then-former and now-current member Billy Sherwood.
