iaggio nel tempo questa volta la Storyville Jazz Band si è fatta accompagnare da un pianista di primo livello come Dado Moroni. E intanto la piccola orchestra devota al dixieland continua a seguire la tradizione. Già altri solisti d’eccezione avevano registrato con la formazione veronese. E oggi la tecnica e il rigore filologico delle esecuzioni confermano la crescita della band. I vent’anni di attività della Storyville, nata nel 1986, vengono festeggiati con un album diviso in due parti.

Storyville is Robbie Robertson's second solo album. It is focused on the famous jazz homeland section of New Orleans and on that part of the South in particular. He contributed one song ("Breakin' the Rules") to Wim Wenders' soundtrack to his 1991 film, Until the End of the World. All songs written by Robbie Robertson unless otherwise indicated.
