Terry Sylvester started his musical career at the famous ‘Cavern Club’ Liverpool in the early 1960’s, his first group ‘The Escorts’, appeared at the ‘Cavern Club’ with ‘The Beatles’ on many occasions. In 1965 Terry joined the ‘Swinging Blue Jeans’.

Sylvester is the third studio album by Sylvester. It was his first disco album in the series of three that were recorded and released by Fantasy Records in the late 1970s. The album was issued with the alternative title Over and Over in France. Two singles were issued from the album.

Terry Sylvester (born 8 January 1947) was the English guitarist/singer with The Escorts, The Swinging Blue Jeans (1966–69) and The Hollies. Jimmy Griffin guested harmony vocals on the song "Travelin' Boy", while Sylvester cut solo versions of his Hollies songs "Cable Car", "Indian Girl", "Pick Up The Pieces Again" and later, a solo version of his 1973 Hollies song "I Had. A Dream", which was added to the CD version of the album.
