Fritz von Uhde (born Friedrich Hermann Carl Uhde; May 22, 1848 – February 25, 1911) was a German painter of genre and religious subjects. His style lay in-between Realism and Impressionism, he was once known as "Germany's outstanding impressionist" and he became one of the first painters to introduce plein-air painting in his country. Uhde was born in Wolkenburg, Saxony. His family, moderately wealthy civil servants, had artistic interests.

Fritz von Runte is a British DJ and Producer based in Manchester, England. He is most known for his work remixing other artists, particularly with work such as The Beatles Hell and The Beatles Hate, Lily Allen Remixed (reputed to be the most downloaded album in the UK) and Bowie 2001, which incorporates samples from Stanley Kubrick's 2001 in the remixing of David Bowie's catalogue. He also released a remix single for Freebass titled Fritz von Runte – Freebass Redesign

Jack Barton Adkisson Sr. (August 16, 1929 – September 10, 1997), better known by his ring name Fritz Von Erich, was an American professional wrestler, carnival attraction, wrestling promoter, and the patriarch of the Von Erich family. He was also the owner of the World Class Championship Wrestling territory. Adkisson attended Southern Methodist University, where he threw discus and played football.

Fritz von Runte and (long time collaborator) Mister Master Five, have produced a lot of music under the moniker Doc Fritz. Their last album, The Riot Hymns (or Thirt33n Pi3c3s) was released in 2005 but had little distribution and no promotion whatsoever. It was deleted for years from the now defunct Shalala Records catalogue, but it was just re-released via Marshall Records.
