Notes
Liner notes: Mondrian's Music is a special, limited, edition at the occasion of the exhibition 'Mondrian: drawings, watercolors and New York paintings' in Stuttgart, The Hague, Baltimore 1980-1981. Mondrian promoted during World War I the music of his freind J. van Domselaer (1890-1960) especially the 'Proeven van Stijlkunst' (1913-1917) A selection was made from Mondrian's own records he played in his studio in Paris (1919-1938) and New York (1940-1944), which had a great impact on his painting.
