Looked at from the perspective of future years, Bizarre In. s debut album was such a fun, varied album that it seems impossible that it never achieved wider notice. Given the tendency toward neo-ambient on the one hand and the incipient hardcore/jungle underground on the other, when it came to modern electronic dance, though, Energique found itself lost between two camps.

I still play tracks off of this album from time to time just to remind me of the early nineties and how good dance music was then. I was only twenty years old when I first heard Playing With Knives and boy was I hooked and I just loved that track. It has those classic vocal samples like "dance while the record spins" and "just dance and move your body".
