Shame is the hardcore breakbeat monster here with its really gorgeous piano part and all the typical ingredients, though it's remarkably slow for late 1992. You Stole My Heart is much more euro house friendly, has smoother synths and features a full vocal performance by Evelyn King.

Wow. A great take on the hardcore sound of the time. Big bouncy breakbeats, jangly piano, bleeps, weird bass sounds, buzzing stabs, more bleeps, 808 acid, and a classic vocal sample. All wrapped up in Altern-8's studio-savvy production polish, oddly sounds almost too clean to be of its time The b-side is slightly less successful for me, combining all the same sort of elements in a rather jumbled, and slightly less polished fashion, although some wicked sub-bass buried in the mix is a definite plus point.
