Wildflowers is the seventh studio album by Judy Collins, released in 1967. It is her highest charting album to date, reaching No. 5 on the Billboard Pop Albums charts. It included her Top 10 hit version of Joni Mitchell's "Both Sides, Now". The album was arranged by Joshua Rifkin and produced by Mark Abramson. Collins' recording "Albatross" was used in the 1968 film adaptation of The Subject Was Roses.

Judy Collins' last straight, folk-based album of the 1960s, 5th Album marks her transition from a "maid of constant sorrow" to a bona fide artist. With its covers ranging from Lennon and McCartney to adaptations from The Threepenny Opera, 1966's In My Life would readily attest to this. But 5th Album, cut in late 1964, may very well be her definitive folk statement. A trio of Bob Dylan songs act as the album's centerpiece, clearly showing Collins' growth into more progressive songs

Fifth Album was an album by Judy Collins, released in 1965. It peaked at No. 69 on the Billboard Pop Albums charts. It featured a collection of traditional ballads and singer-songwriter material from Bob Dylan, Richard Fariña, Phil Ochs and Malvina Reynolds. A number of the songs were topical in nature, particularly Ochs' "In the Heat of the Summer" (which chronicled the Harlem riot of 1964), and Reynolds' "It Isn't Nice".

The discography of Judy Collins, an American singer and songwriter, consists of 28 studio albums, 4 live albums, numerous compilation albums, 4 holiday albums, and 14 singles. She has 2 Platinum certified albums, which includes a greatest hits collection, and 4 Gold certified albums. 11 of her singles have charted on the Billboard Hot 100, with 5 of them hitting the Top 40, and 12 have charted on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart, with 11 hitting the Top 40. A Maid of Constant Sorrow (1961).

The Fifth album is the culmination of her acoustic guitar era, following much the same format as her earlier albums with a backup of acoustic guitars and bass and a second experiment adding a cello part to the backup, in this case the traditional ballad Lord Gregory, rendering it even more sad and poignant than it already was. The strongest impression left by the album is it's sheer beauty. This is one of the most lovely albums you'll ever listen to, full of beautiful melodies and skillful guitar playing. Everything Judy Collins was about shines on this album and it's a real must for any fan. But times were changing by late 1965. Dylan had performed his notorious electric set at the Newport Folk Festival on July 20th, and around the time Judy's album was released in October Like a Rolling Stone had reached on Billboard's Hot 100.
