It is noteworthy for being the first Ministry album not to feature bassist and longtime collaborator Paul Barker since Twitch (1986). It was also the first album to feature Mike Scaccia on guitar since 1996's Filth Pig. The album is the first part of the band's anti-Bush trilogy, followed by Rio Grande Blood (2006) and The Last Sucker (2007)

Tracks 10-22 and 24-68 are blank tracks between 3 and 4 seconds. Tracks 23 and 69 are not listed in the tracklist.

Without doubt, the best thing Ministry have done since "Psalm 69". It's not perfect, the first five songs are angry, fast and intense, but the rest of the album does, unfortunately, descend into the turgid guitar-heavy mess of their last few albums. But that's better than nothing.

This is the only CD i have of Ministry but i have heard lots of songs by Ministry. This is a great album but it does take some time to get used to. Track 1: No W This song is very fast and is one of the best on the album. It is has a great solo. The vocals are also quite good. It is about Bush as most of the songs on the album are. There also a similar version of the song on Tony Hawk Underground 2 called No but has an intro that isnt in the track. Everything else is the same.
