Toto is the debut studio album by the American band Toto. It was released in 1978 and includes the hit singles "Hold the Line", "I'll Supply the Love" and "Georgy Porgy", all three of which made it into the Top 50 in the USA. "Hold the Line" spent six weeks in the Top 10, and reached Number 14 in the UK as well

Toto will return March 24 with the band's first studio album in nine years, titled 'Toto XI. Due out on Frontiers Records, the 11-track LP finds the band working with a rejiggered lineup that includes the return of former vocalist Joseph Williams, who rejoined in 2010, as well as founding member Steve Porcaro. For their 2015 tour, which includes an appearance at the Sweden Rock Festival alongside Judas Priest and Motley Crue, Toto will be joined by original bassist David Hungate, who re-entered the fold after a 30-year absence in 2014

Toto's fifth album, 1984's Isolation, went gold, but was a commercial disappointment. Frederiksen was replaced by Joseph Williams, the son of the conductor/composer John Williams, for 1986's Fahrenheit. The group kept active during the 2000s, releasing the 2002 covers album Through the Looking Glass and a 2003 live album to commemorate their 25th anniversary. Following 2006's Falling in Between, their first set of originals since 1999, and an accompanying live double album, Lukather announced that he was disbanding Toto.
