Graffiti on the Train" is a song by rock band Stereophonics. It is the second track on their 2013 studio album of the same name and was released as the third single from the album on 13 May 2013. Writing for "Graffiti on the Train" started when lead singer Kelly Jones thought children were trying to break into his house.

Graffiti on the Train’ is the title track from the Stereophonics album of the same name. Frontman Kelly Jones was inspired to write the song after he thought some children were trying to break into his house. When he caught them once they told him they were trying to get to the railway behind his house to spray some graffiti on a train. Nobody ever expected a two-part orchestral concept album and accompanying film from the Stereophonics. Nor, I imagine, would anybody expect such a thing to return them to the commercial spotlight they'd lost a few years before. And yet here we are, with the first part of that project, entitled 'Graffiti on the Train'. Yes, it's another unoriginal title, but much like 2009's Keep Calm and Carry On, it's worth investigating further  . Bond composer David Arnold also collaborated with the band, providing string arrangements for several tracks. The album features the single 'Indian Summer'. Stereophonics - in my opinion - is experiencing with the new breaths of having a Record Company. Yes, Stylus records is the label frontman Kelly Jones pulled together to release this record. Musically the album lacks of the power, sounds, textures and emotion other albums had. The band is allowing themselves to do what they want - even videos directed by the Band - experiencing with the freedom of not having a big Record Company behind their back. I mean, the song Graffiti on the train as a single?! come on! the song is redundant, slow and emotionless.
