Behind Closed Doors is the third studio album by English hard rock band Thunder. Recorded between May and August 1994 at various studios, primarily Southern Tracks in Atlanta, Georgia, it was produced the band's lead guitarist Luke Morley and Mike Fraser, the latter of whom also mixed the album at the Record Plant in Los Angeles, California. The album was released on 23 January 1995 by EMI Records in Europe and Japan, and was not released in the United States.

The album features their breakthrough single "Light My Fire" and the lengthy song "The End" with its Oedipal spoken word section. The Doors was central to the progression of psychedelic rock, and has been critically acclaimed.

A tremendous debut album, and indeed one of the best first-time outings in rock history, introducing the band's fusion of rock, blues, classical, jazz, and poetry with a knockout punch. The lean, spidery guitar and organ riffs interweave with a hypnotic menace, providing a seductive backdrop for Jim Morrison's captivating vocals and probing prose.

Bombay Sapphire Distillery. Hampshire, United Kingdom. Bombay Sapphire Distillery. The gin maker Bombay Sapphire invited the studio to design the company’s first dedicated distillery and headquarters in the south of England. Originally developed as the mill for the British empire’s bank note paper, over two centuries the site had become a sprawling and chaotic accumulation of more than forty buildings. The River Test, one of England’s finest chalk streams, flows through the site but had been narrowed and partially hidden within a steep-sided concrete channel.

I have dined there for many years and always loved the food.
