Giovanni Bononcini (or Buononcini) (18 July 1670 – 9 July 1747) (sometimes cited also as Giovanni Battista Bononcini) was an Italian Baroque composer, cellist, singer and teacher, one of a family of string players and composers. Bononcini was born in Modena, Italy, the oldest of three sons. His father, Giovanni Maria Bononcini (1642–1678), was a violinist and a composer, and his younger brother, Antonio Maria Bononcini, was also a composer

In the restaurants, one located in the courtyard of the building, tasty domestic and international cuisine is served as well as typical Venetian dishes with the possibility to organise successful banquets, ceremonies, work breakfasts and gala dinners. Restaurant Gabrielli for information and reservations, please write to infolgabrielli.

Torelli was born in Verona but studied composition in Bologna under Perti whilst becoming an orchestral string player. He composed concertos fairly extensively in various forms using titles such as ‘sinfonia’, ‘concerto’ and ‘sonata’ rather arbitrarily. The above listing may look confusing but essentially here we have nineteen trumpet concerti and three for two trumpets, generally with strings and harpsichord accompaniment.
