A year later, in 1961 he recorded Big Wheel and then contracted tuberculosis, which kept him out of the scene for six months. When he came back, he went through very hard times. He releaved he used to be homeless, sleeping in the street for several years. He got married in 1964, and he recorded Take Your Time. In 1965 he recorded his most succesful single, Baby Turn Around. In 1966 it was the last year of Arnold as Gerry Dorsey.
