Vibrasphere was a progressive psytrance music duo from Uppsala, Sweden. Its founding members were Rickard Berglöf and Robert Elster. Rickard was previously a member of early Goa group Subcouds and at around the same time Robert had started musical production on an Amiga. After meeting through Rickard's younger cousin, the pair decided to start studio recordings in June 1998 with the creation of Vibrasphere.

Vibrasphere are Rickard Berglof and Robert Elster from Sweden and 'Echo' is their first album. They began their musical path in the mid-nineties. Rickard had a blossoming career in the very new trance scene as a member of early Goa group Subcouds and around the same time Robert was taking his first steps in musical production on his trusty Amiga. After meeting through Rickard's younger cousin, the pair decided to enter the studio in the summer of 1998 with the creation of Vibrasphere. Early releases Echo (2001) on Spiral Trax and Lime Structure (2003) on Digital Structures established them as truly leading figures of the progressive trance scene, earning them a place in the history of this progressive sound. Their 3rd Album, Archipelago (also on Digital Structures) was regarded as one of the seminal releases of 2006 and after their short break in 2005, firmly signally Vibrasphere were back on the scene.
