The Devil Is Icumen Back Like the coelacanth, many of the tracks on this album are ones I had forgotten about - which lay extinct, unfinished and unwanted. They recently re-emerged as I trawled through my hand drive. They have all been remastered, remixed or finished off and I'm very pleased with the results!

A Short Light-Hearted Drama about the idea that it is never too late to make a new friend. Well, everyone, I am very happy to inform you that Coelacanth is officially done and we are all very pleased with it. We have submitted to festivals already and will update you as soon as possible! I thank you all very much for the support throughout the whole journey and as sad as I may be about the fact that this project is over, I am truly happy to say that I have learnt a lot from this project and can't wait to work on the next one.

The word "coelacanth" is Greek for "hollow spine", and refers to the fish's unique hollow spine fins. Thick scales act as armour to protect the fish from predators.

After all is said and done, Coelacanth hardly seems to be the "Renaissance" (reworked and reworded on Henderson's contemporary Christian album More Than the Look of Love) that may resuscitate the quasi-career of the Producers, but this album rewards the faithful with a harmless full-length curio.

Coelacanth" languished in the MCA vaults for over a decade, never to be heard outside a few "hot" (read: "distorted") bootlegs. 12 years later, the "fish" everyone thought extinct (yes, the "coelacanth") finally re-emerge to have their day, to an extent
