Sound the Alarm is the third full-length album by American singer-songwriter Howie Day, and the follow-up to his million-selling second album Stop All the World Now. It was recorded over a three-year period, during which he attended a rehabilitation center for alcohol abuse. The album was originally set for release in 2008 before being delayed and eventually released by Epic Records on September 8, 2009. In late 2008, Day uploaded the song "Everyone Loves to Love a Lie" onto his MySpace page

The Alarm are a Welsh alternative rock/new wave band that formed in Rhyl, Wales, in 1981. By opening for acts such as U2 and Bob Dylan, they became a popular alternative rock band of the 1980s  . This was followed by a fourth studio album, Direct Action, in April 2010 and then by The Sound And Fury in 2011, an album of 12 re-imagined tracks from the catalog of the Alarm and of Mike Peters.

Sound the Alarm (The Dawn album). Redirected from Sound The Alarm (The Dawn album)). Sound the Alarm is the eleventh studio album by The Dawn, released in 2009. It is the band's first album with the new guitarist Kenneth Ilagan. Five of the album's tracks were produced by Raimund Marasigan, the other five by Ariz Guinto. Marasigan also helped with musical arrangement, especially with the six songs composed by the bass guitar player Buddy Zabala

Sound the Alarm is the fifth studio album by American rock band Saves the Day. After signing to major label DreamWorks Records, the band released In Reverie in late 2003. Shortly afterwards DreamWorks Records was absorbed by Interscope Records, resulting in the band being dropped from label. After completing some songs in early 2005, the band was aiming to record in May, hoping to release the album in the fall. Pre-production took place in early August with recording being done at the band's own studio, Electric Ladybug Studios with Steve Evetts as the producer

Ska-punk stalwarts Less Than Jake follow their 2013 full-length, See the Light, with their ninth EP, Sound the Alarm. Over seven tracks, the enduring Gainesville quintet remains reliable, delivering trademark "whoa-oh"s and horn blasts that surge with an undeniably positive vibe. Despite the occasionally depressing lyrics, the overall sense of hope reminds listeners to keep fighting for what's to come. Fans will remain sated, while scene nostalgists may crack a wistful grin for these sounds that hark back to the golden '90s third-wave revival.

Sound The Alarm - Fairly Good, Based on 1 Critics. 70. After somewhat alienating fans by flexing their indie rock muscles on 2003's In Reverie, it seems that Saves the Day want to reclaim their stake to the emocore throne. Whether or not a conscious reaction to the mixed response of their last (though admittedly solid) album, Sound the Alarm harks back to the aggressive pop-punk nature of their Through Being Cool days, but ya know, five years more mature
