Rao and Molina left Violent Change, and the band's more experimental second album, Celebration of Taste, was recorded almost entirely by Bleyle, with some input from Mackinnon and drummer Blaine Patrick. Melters issued the album in July of 2014. Following more lineup changes (with guitarist Ray Seraphin and bassist Jess Sylvester jumping on board) and a short hiatus, Violent Change's 3 was co-released by Melters and It Takes Two in 2016.
