La guirlande (full name: La guirlande, ou Les fleurs enchantées) is an opera by the French composer Jean-Philippe Rameau with a libretto by Jean-François Marmontel. It takes the form of an acte de ballet (a one-act opera with many dance movements). It debuted on 21 September 1751 at the Paris Opéra. The primary theme is faithfulness, as shown by the characters of two shepherds. The story occurs in Arcadia, an idealized area of Greece that was a popular setting in the pastoral literature of the time.

Les Indes Galantes (French: "The Amorous Indies") is an opera by Jean-Philippe Rameau with a libretto by Louis Fuzelier. It takes the form of an opéra-ballet with a prologue and (in its final form) four entrées (acts). Following an allegorical prologue, the four entrées have distinct and separate plots, but are unified by the theme of love in exotic places (The Ottoman Empire, Peru, Persia, and North America).

La Guirlande (The Enchanted Flowers); with Claudie Saneva, soprano (Zélide); Jean-Jacques Lesueur, tenor (Mirtil); Versailles Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Bernard Wahl; chorus under the direction of Elisabeth Brasseur (Nonesuch Records] H-71023, LP, not dated). The libretto, by Antoine Danchet, is based on Virgil's Aeneid and concerns the Volscian queen Camilla. Motives from this opera were the inspiration for the 1952 composition La guirlande de Campra, a collaboration between Georges Auric, Arthur Honegger, Francis Poulenc and Germaine Tailleferre from the group Les Six, and by Jean-Yves Daniel-Lesur, Alexis Roland-Manuel and Henri Sauguet. That work was then used for a 1966 ballet of the same name by John Taras.
