The Isley Brothers - It's Our Thing / Go All The Way flac album

Go All the Way is the eighteenth album released by The Isley Brothers for their T-Neck imprint in April 19, 1980. The album was remastered and expanded for inclusion in the 2015 released CD box set The RCA Victor & T-Neck Album Masters, 1959-1983. The album is notable for the Billboard Top 40 and Billboard R&B ballad, "Don't Say Goodnight (It's Time For Love)", and the number 11 mid-tempo hit "Here We Go Again".

It's Our Thing (1969) was an important album for the group, as they wrote and produced each song, including the classic "It's Your Thing. Go All the Way (1980), while not as momentous, features the number one R&B hit "Don't Say Goodnight (It's Time for Love)," one of their best ballads. There are no bonus tracks, just the albums straight up, as they were originally released. Both of them have since been reissued individually.

Go All the Way. Legacy. With this 1969 hit, along with the It's Our Thing album that accompanied it, the Isley Brothers embraced the now of '60s soul. The album was very much their thing: they threw in everything they had in reviving their indie T-Neck, abandoning the uptown soul without losing sight of a pop audience while also deepening the groove, all giving them their biggest hit to date.
