Timeless is the debut studio album by British electronic musician Goldie. It was released on 12 September 1995 and universally regarded as a groundbreaking release in the history of drum and bass music. The album blended the complex, chopped and layered breakbeats and deep basslines of jungle and drum and bass with expansive, symphonic strings and atmospherics, and female vocals.

Title: Goldie - Angel, Saint Angel (Promo).

Angel is the first album by the rock band Angel. Tower", the keyboard-heavy opening track, was used widely during the late 1970s and early 1980s by album rock radio stations in the USA for various advertising purposes. The track is also on K-SHE radio's Classic List. This album can be seen as representing the band's early progressive roots, with Helluva Band seeing the group starting to move towards an increasingly hard rock-oriented sound. Tracks 6-8 segue to form a 10-minute mini suite.

Despite being more sophisticated and structured than almost anything that came before it, Goldie's album has extended "hard" runs, and in that respect, it's the most authentic as far as what you'd hear out at a rave at the time.

Another classic crying out for a review. I first heard this track mixed by Randall and subsequently on the Timeless black double release, both on CD and vinyl back in 95. I love the double CD and still listen to it a lot all these years later. The vinyl version of that release was a bit of a disappointment at the time as there were only 8 tracks on the vinyl LP. So what I have found myself doing is collecting as many of the tracks on that CD, but on vinyl. Hence the reason for me buying and reviewing this. The original version of Angel was massive back in 95. A great tune showcasing both Goldie and Rob's collaborative talents. In my humble opinion, the choice of Diane Charlemagne to perform the vocals on the album was inspired. An absolute classic. Timeless.
