Elvis Presley - NBC-TV Special flac album

Elvis is a live album by American rock and roll singer Elvis Presley, released by RCA Records in December 1968. It peaked at on the Billboard 200. It was certified Gold on July 22, 1969 and Platinum on July 15, 1999 by the RIAA.

Format: Vinyl, LP, Album, Mono, Indianapolis Pressing. This was the first pressing Elvis release on the orange RCA Victor labels. Deep groove orange label with large RCA pressing ring, by mid 1969 RCA went to a small pressing like Elvis Presley - Elvis (TV Special). Matrix, Runout (Label Side A): WPRM-8051.

NBC honors the King's legendary '68 comeback special with an all-star tribute. Elvis' December 3, 1968 special was his first live television performance since 1961.

The first packed CD of course features the original album plus twelve additional Bonus Cuts. These are the extra songs from the TV special that were released on various other RCA albums predominantly the A Legendary Performer LP series. How easy it is to forget that the classic tracks ‘It Hurts Me’ and ‘Let Yourself Go’ were not included on the original album, nor for that matter the funky ‘Baby, What You Want Me To Do’.
