Lie Back and Enjoy It is the second album by British-American blues rock group Juicy Lucy, which was released in 1970. Although several members of the band had been replaced since the release of their first album, most notably singer Ray Owen and lead guitarist Neil Hubbard, it was generally considered to be a respectable follow up to their eponymous debut album of the previous year.

If Juicy Lucy's debut album ranks among the most haunting, haunted blues-rock albums of the late 1960s, its follow-up only illustrates how damaging the last six months had been for the band. Fully half the band had been replaced, including vocalist Ray Owen and guitarist Neil Hubbard, and with them went much of the evil electrics and swamp-conscious blues that gave Juicy Lucy its most scintillating shivers  . Even the first-album era "Changed My Mind, Changed My Sign" sounded more like the Dils than Dr. John, and Lie Back and Enjoy It emerged a distinctly unenjoyable disappointment, at least by the standards Juicy Lucy once held so high. 1 Thinking of My Life Juicy Lucy 4:31.

Juicy Lucy were a British blues-rock outfit who only lasted about 3 years between 1969 and 1972. During this time they released 4 albums, the first 2 of which gained modest chart success in the UK - one of these albums (their 2nd release) was 'Lie Back And Enjoy It'. The album is a raunchy mixture of blues, blues-rock and a bit of country-blues, with many songs having a noticeable 'southern-fried' funky edge (there are some similarities with the early music of Little Feat). Esoteric Recordings ECLEC2216 breaks down as follows (39:08 minutes): Tracks 1 to 8 are the album "Lie Back And Enjoy It" released October 1970 in the UK on Vertigo 6360 014. The album charted at number 53 on the UK LP charts for one week in November 1970. Their next two albums were on the 'Bronze' and 'Polydor' labels ("Get A Whiff A This" from 1971 and "Pieces" from 1972).
