Justo Betancourt's follow-up to Pa Bravo Yo (1972) delivers the staunch, fierce personality that he has embedded into his repertoire in tunes like "Sigo Bravo," composed by C. Curet Alonso. For an added thrill, his creative juices also are prevalent in boleros like "Lluvia Cruel" (this was Betancourt's first association with Jorge Millet and Angélica López). The artist at his best.
