French electronic music duo Daft Punk has released four studio albums, two live albums, one compilation album, one soundtrack album, three remix albums, two video albums, twenty-two singles and nineteen music videos. Group members Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo met in 1987 while studying at the Lycée Carnot secondary school. They subsequently recorded several demo tracks with each other, forming Daft Punk in 1993

6. Human After All (2005). If there is a valley, or caricature album in Daft’s catalog, it’s Human, the group’s most melodically austere and numbing record. While themes of dark, tech-fearing paranoia were fresh to the group- and employed purposefully, to contrast the buoyancy of Discovery - Human’s themes largely feel recycled; the tech-jargon labyrinth Technologic, piggybacks off.

In comparative terms, Daft Punk have little of that attendant baggage. Their machinery is their songs, and beyond that, there is nothing. In other words, small potatoes conspiracy theorists who believe Daft Punk intentionally shit the bed on Human After All so as to accelerate their split from Virgin will have no shortage of material to work with here either. Assembled chronologically, with thoughtless deference to proper singles over tracks and an undiscerning ear for Daft Punk's actual best work, this is a maddeningly incomplete record that has all the hallmarks of a contractual obligation
