It produces movies that capture the imagination of children and adults all over the world. Disney opened his first movie company in the back of an office. For several years, he struggled to earn enough money to pay his expenses. He believed that cartoon movies could be as popular as movies made with actors. Disneyland was so successful that Disney developed plans for a second entertainment and educational park to be built in Florida. The project, Walt Disney World, opened in Florida in nineteen seventy-one, after Disney's death. The man who started it all, Walt Disney, died in nineteen sixty-six.

Walt Disney’s life story shows no traces of dumb luck or free passes. Walt Disney attended McKinley High School back in Chicago, where he drew patriotic pictures about WWI for the school newspaper. Each page of the book is filled with bright and wonderfully done illustrations. Accompanying that is text, telling a somewhat simplified version of the story from the movie. This book is quite good, and my four-year-old really enjoyed having it read for her. It is right on for young readers, using simple text and generally small words.

It is currently the second largest cable and broadcasting company in terms of revenue. Walt Disney was filled with wonder and delight for this business and while working for the company he created his own cartoon ‘Laugh-O-Grams’ for which he actually borrowed camera from the company. This was a success and Disney’s cartoon really got appreciation from Kansas City and after this he was in a position to acquire a studio and recruit his own animators.
