Willem Samuel is a South African comic book artist, songwriter and painter based in the UK. We sat down to interview him about his work. This year in February I was able to release an EP of 6 songs called Langafstand. Totally different from my usual work – but it was fun doing them.

Willem Samuel het sy eerste comic in Bitterkomix gepubliseer toe hy 20 jaar oud was voor hy sy kunsgraad voltooi het onder die leiding van Anton Kannemeyer. Hy was vir 'n geruime tyd die Art Director by Supa Strikas en daarna London toe waar hy begin skryf en teken het aan sy grafiese roman Mengelmoes.
