Where Is Brooklyn was Don Cherry's final album for Blue Note, and it returned to the quartet format of Complete Communion, this time featuring Pharoah Sanders on tenor sax along with bassist Henry Grimes and drummer Ed Blackwell. Here, Cherry abandons his concept of recording all the album's compositions as side-long medleys; rather, each is treated separately, with spaces in between the tracks.

This version gives the Album a different title calling it "The Art of Smiling" on the Labels only.. the Jacket is a standard American Division of Liberty jacket see photos..

the Runoff on the Vinyl has Made in Germany Stamped into it in tiny letters...as well as the Van Gelder Stamp...
Label has what looks like a lengthy legal warning and copyright related warning in small letters around the top circumference, running roughly parallel to the "Blue note records a division of liberty records inc"
