Album Name Up. Type Album.

By early 1978, they had changed their name to Louisiana's LeRoux, which refers to roux, a Cajun gravy base used to make gumbo. The album contained the minor-charting "Carrie's Gone" ( Hot 100), which Odom and Frederiksen had written after Frederiksen's breakup with actress Carrie Hamilton, Carol Burnett's daughter. Members of LeRoux backed up Tab Benoit on his Brother to the Blues and Power of the Ponchartrain CDs, recorded a live DVD and CD in Nashville with Tab in early May 2007, and toured nationwide with him in 2007 and 2008.

La Roux is the debut studio album by English synth-pop duo La Roux. It was released on 26 June 2009 by Polydor Records. The album peaked at number two on the UK Albums Chart and was certified platinum by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI). It includes the singles "In for the Kill" and "Bulletproof", which reached numbers two and one on the UK Singles Chart, respectively.

After recording a planned new solo album, Fergie and the guys of Le Roux are in negotiations to write and record a new studio album for 2004 - which if and when they do it will be along the lines of "Last Safe Place" and "So Fired Up". The original band line up included Jeff Pollard, who performed lead vocals, and Tony Haselden, Rod Roddy, and Bobby Campo. Unfortunately, record labels tended to think of Le Roux as a regional band; as such, and although they appeared on such venues as The Midnight Special, Le Roux never really got the company support it needed to knock a song up the charts. Which, at least where their 1977 debut album is concerned, is a tremendous pity.

Kévin Le Roux (born 11 May 1989) is a French volleyball player, a member of France men's national volleyball team and Brazilian club Sada Cruzeiro Volei, He was 2015 European Champion, a gold medalist of the World League (2015, 2017). In 2014 played at World Championship 2014 held in Poland. France lost the match for the bronze medal with Germany and took 4th place. On October 18, 2015 French national team, including him, achieved title of the European Champion 2015 (3–0 with Slovenia in the finale).

The Songs This classic second Qwest album opens up with two big AOR anthems called 'We Need Love' and 'Don't Say No', both very melodic, both very 1984. This sets the tone for the whole record, while 'You're Not So Hot' and 'Nothing To Lose' keep the melodies flowing at midtempo, the latter track is somewhat stronger. Scorpions meets Le Roux? hmm very interesting concoction, not sure I can visualise it myself! In Summary While their debut album 'Tampico Gold' was very good, it lacked the keyboards and glistening production on show here.
