Old Crow Medicine Show, or sometimes known as . is the first studio album released by the acoustic quintet, Old Crow Medicine Show. Songs include obscure traditional tunes and original compositions by group members. The album features their signature tune, "Wagon Wheel", written by frontman Ketch Secor using a Bob Dylan chorus. The 2004 debut album of Old Crow Medicine Show introduced the quintet's old-timey bluegrass standards (by way of Appalachian stringband inspiration) to fans of Americana music, with ample help from Gillian Welch's partner Dave Rawlings who produced .
