Released October 5, 2012. 1. Be Above It Lyrics. A conceptual, appropriately titled dive into the nuances of introversion, Lonerism is the sophomore studio album from Australian neo-psychedelia band Tame Impala. Commonly known as one of the band’s best efforts, the record was universally acclaimed upon release, garnering a 9/10 from NME for its brilliant exploration of splendid isolation. Lonerism was supported by two singles, the hard-hitting Elephant, and mellifluent Feels Like We Only Go Backwards, both charting in multiple countries

Lonerism is the second album by Australian psychedelic rock band Tame Impala, released by Modular Recordings on 5 October 2012. Like their previous album Innerspeaker, most of the recording was undertaken by Kevin Parker.

Talk about Tame Impala - Lonerism

Marilore
I just got this pressing and I'm pretty happy with the quality. I have a US pressing of Innerspeaker that sounds awful. Fiction Records are the way to go.
Skunk Black
I got my issue with three discs. The a/b side was sticked together twice. Anyone else got this??

Curious about the quality of this pressing. I have both the limited turquoise LP and the original black UK pressing but there is a lot of noise during the inner tracks, especially during the second half of Apocalypse Dreams

Hi,I seen your comment when adding this record to my collection. There is no noise in the part you say. It is very, very quiet overall actually! One of the quietest records I have and most of mine are new. Im not sure if this would carry across the other pressing or not though? I also realise your comment is old haha.

sevensharpnine Curious about the quality of this pressing. I have both the limited turquoise LP and the original black UK pressing but there is a lot of noise during the inner tracks, especially during the second half of Apocalypse Dreams I didn't notice much noise throughough the pressing at all. It wasn't flawless but it was pretty great - nothing in the quiet passages, just the occasional minor crackle on a couple of tracks. I think Apocalypse Dreams probably had the most, but it was very minimal. Very happy with it.

on the first two represses, all the tracks sound great. i have both. ive also had the turquoise lp, and never had any noise though, so it might just be the luck of the draw.
