Burning Bridges is the 1983 debut album by Naked Eyes. The album was released in the United States and Canada as Naked Eyes with two tracks demoted to B-sides. The track "Always Something There to Remind Me" was released as a single and reached No. 59 in the United Kingdom chart and US Top 10 in July 1983. The album was released for the first time on CD in 2012 by Cherry Red Records. All tracks written by Pete Byrne and Rob Fisher, except where noted.

After that album, Naked Eyes broke up, with keyboardist Rob Fisher moving on to success with Climie Fisher and its hit "Love Changes (Everything)" in the late 1980s. In the late 1990s, Byrne and Fisher got back together to record as Naked Eyes again, but Fisher died in 1999 before a new album could be completed. 25 people found this helpful.

If you dig Naked Eyes make sure to check out New Musik. Front man Tony Mansfield got Naked Eyes started and you can really hear his production influence for the better! skintrader100Acum 4 luni. That same crispness and hearing every detail. I Could Show You How is classic, one of the best tunes on the album. And Emotions in Motion should have been on a film soundtrack at least if not a single. It belonged in a John Hughes movie if ever any song did. It's probably that Naked Eyes didn't have the technology to tour was why the record company didn't push them as hard. No returns for investment in their minds. MultiMrMilesAcum 2 ani. yeah a great track, sounds like yazoo somehow but none the less an awesome song really.
